Look at the answer the customer service gave me o a package that its more than 10 days late…. I have to smell my dogs med to see if it is damaged or not. They won’t take responsability for an order wrongly shipped. Customer service answer Please take note that we ship this item with ice packs to ensure that the item has enough time to reach you before it goes bad. Once the ice packs melt, this item can be kept outside of temperature-regulated storage for up to 10 days. As long as the item does not have a strong smell (for example, like rotten eggs), it is safe to consume. However, please note that as this is an international order, we have no control over the processing time it takes for your facilities to receive the item. This was shipped priority & we can only wait until you receive the item. Your patience is appreciated. My answer First of all let me tell you that you are NOT CORRECT. I have purchased this in the past and it arrives in three days or less. Also, it WAS NOT SHIPPED priority because I confirmed that with the post office and the customer representative that answer my previous request also confirmed it and I paid for that service. And since its an international order and you charged me with the priority you should have control because Im paying for it. Again it is INSANE AND STUPIDITY that you want me to believe that it can be out of a temperature regulated environment when the manufacturers handling instructions are more than clear on this. You guys either send me the package again PRIORITY which takes three days to arrive because this is not international, PR is a US territory for you to know and the USPS works here exactly like in the states or you refund me my money. I WILL NOT GIVE MY PET SOMETHING THAT CAN HARM HER. I’ll wait for your response

Our vet recommended Azodyl for my 12 lbs Havanese. She was very lethargic due to renal failure. Since using Azodyl she is now a lively 14 yr old. Almost like a new dog. Amazing.

Customer service was good. The product arrived warm so I was concerned if it was still good but they told me that as long as it's refrigerated within 8 to 10 days it was fine and they also said during the order process it was very clear in the shopping cart that I needed to pay for overnight express shipping. Not sure how I missed this but I did.

My CKD kitty seems to have improved with the use of this products. He's beginning to eat better even though his kidney values continue to decline. Keeping a kitty eating is the hardest part of CKD ... this products seems to help.

  • Love the product. Was less impressed by the vaccine shipping.

I've used the azodyl now for a number of years for my cat. She seems to use it well. Eats it right with her food. She is an 18 year old cat. I'm not certain that it has extended her life. But, it was worth a try and she is currently my longest surviving cat. I would continue to use Azodyl on my other cats as they enter their senior years and the years they are more prone to kidney disease. The product needs to be shipped second day vaccine shipping since this item needs to be kept cold. My last shipment arrived and the cold packs were all melted and the product seemed warm. Granted it is summertime. However at the cost for vaccine shipping, I do hope my Azodyl is still going to work. It is quite costly to pay for extra vaccine shipping along with the cost of the azodyl.

  • My baby feels better!!!

My 12 year old pug was diagnosed with kidney disease in December. His little kidneys are only functioning at 25 percent. Our vet recommended this supplement to manage symptoms and possibly extend his life. Jake is finishing his second month on this supplement and his symptoms are basically gone. Before the supplement he was peeing a lot, he would occasionally vomit and over all did not act like he felt well. We started seeing some results after only a week and a half on this supplement. Now two months in, he is back to normal bladder habits, he is spunky and plays with his favorite toy again and the vomiting has stopped altogether. He goes back to vet next month to recheck his kidney function and I am hoping we see improvement. But for now my baby feels better and for that I would say this supplement is worth every penny!!! Don't hesitate to give it a try if you can afford it.
