Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most unused and unopened items purchased on HealthyPets.com.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in resalable condition
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened pet supplements or consumable products
  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive items
  • Prescription medications
  • Clearance or final sale items

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged or defective product
  • An incorrect item sent by HealthyPets
  • Subject to a 20% restocking fee

In those cases, HealthyPets will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For standard returns, the return shipping cost may either:

  • Be paid by the customer directly to the carrier, or
  • Be deducted from the refund amount if a prepaid return label is provided.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days (rare cases longer) for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
