Dosage: As an aid in the prevention of dietary deficiencies, give one tablet daily for each 10 kilograms (22 pounds) of body weight. As an aid in the correction of dietary deficiencies, give one tablet daily for each 5 kilograms (11 pounds) of body weight. In severe cases, increase the dosage level, preferably by giving twice daily. Lipo-Form was prescribed by my veterinarian as a supplement due to issues my dog has with Cushings Disease.
