Duramune Max 5-CvK/4L The Puppy-shot Booster is for subcutaneous vaccination of healthy dogs 6 weeks of age or older as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis, canine adenovirus type 2, canine coronavirus, canine parainfluenza, canine parvovirus, Leptospira canicola, Leptospira icterohaemorrhagiae, Leptospira grippotyphosa and Leptospira pomona. Requires reconstitution prior to administration. Supplied as 25 single dose bottles. Needles and syringes sold separately.

Give the Puppy Shot Booster for protection against canine distemper, adenovirus type 2 (and hepatitis), parainfluenza, parvovirus, 4 strains of Lepto and coronavirus. For dogs 6 weeks of age or older.
Dosage and Administration: Adminisiter 1 ml Duramune Max 5-CvK/4L The Puppyshot Subcutaneous. Beginning at or about 6 weeks of age, give every 2 to 3 weeks until 12 weeks of age. If primary vaccination is given after 12 weeks of age, give 2 doses, 2-3 weeks apart. Annual revaccination with a single dose of Duramune Max 5-CvK/4L (Puppy Shot Booster) is recommended. Requires mixing.
Storage: Store in the dark at 2 to 7C (35 to 45F). AVOID FREEZING. Burn container and all unused contents.
Caution: Consult a veterinarian before administering vaccines.
