This product is great for minor eye irritations. A few days on this ointment can keep a small problem from getting a lot worse.

Product was back ordered, so waited an extra day or two for it to ship. HealthyPets provided free priority shipping as soon as product was in stock to expedite delivery. My cats and I were much obliged. Thanks!

  • Does not clear up his eyes completly but does seem to help.

Being an ointment is more difficult to administer than liquid drops.

My 9 year old Shih Tzu has recurring eye issues. He gets mucus in the eye which becomes caked on his lids and lashes. The Terramycin helped lessen the amount of discharge, however, I cannot miss even one application or the mucus returns. It works just as well as the medicine I was getting from the vet, and is half the cost. So all in all I am pleased with this product.

Was recommended by a friend and it seems to be working well. Cleared up his eyes nicely. Now just have it in case of emergency.

  • Outstanding and unbelievably right on the spot customer service.

I was in a position of needing this product asap. There is a sister site to healthy pets which I've lost the info to. That is who handled everything and got exactly done what I needed done. The CS agent I had should be commended for her personality and willingness to go above and beyond anything even close to normal customer service expected. I needed the product overnight and she wasn't able to do it at her site, but said she could handle all the arrangements through their sister site "Healthy Pets". As good as her word, I received it by 2pm the next day. Unable to afford thousands of dollars at a vet, have been diagnosing my cat thru thorough research. This product will hopefully deliver and bring her through. Been sick over 6 months now, badly. But I think we're on the right track finally. I can't thank the agent that helped me enough or both sites for coming through for us. Time will tell, I'm hopeful for the first time in a long time. I would highly recommend these 2 sites for reliability and decency, Will be ordering 2 more to make sure of full recovery. Application is easy with 2 people, a bit challenging, but do-able by yourself if necessary. A little bit goes a long way and cat doesn't seem to have any pain involved with the application, which helps tremendously. Thumbs up to all you folks involved in these sites. I will surely spread the word on your behalf. THANK YOU AGAIN.

Terramycin has been out of stock for quite time now. I think the Vets are working with this company and not authorizng the manuacture to sell this drug to the plublic.

i had 3 kittens with eye infections. 2 of them are much better now, but the 3rd one had pink eye again, and it got worse after i treated her with terramycin. at first, it worked great for all 3, but 2 of them had the infections return in a few days, and the 3rd is severe now. im going to continue treatment to see if it will get better. if it gets worse, i will have to stop treatment. but overall, i think this is a great product, i might have not treated them right, or long enough and maybe thats why the infection came back.
